PPS provide meals 'to-go' although students have an extra week off

PEORIA (25 NEWS) - Almost a dozen Peoria Public Schools are distribution sites to provide meals “to go” for all students and their families even though the spike in COVID-19 cases prompted the district to call off school this week.

The district Monday afternoon announced the following schools will be food distribution sites:

  • Lincoln
  • Mark Bills
  • Maude Sanders
  • Roosevelt
