Sting’s Wrestling Journey

Borden started his wrestling career by the name Flash with The Ultimate Warrior in the All California Championship Wrestling. He is one of the prominent faces of two American wrestling promotions, mainly with WCW, later bought by WWF and Total Nonstop Action.

Steve has a 14 year-long journey with WCW, which started in 1987. He was regarded as the counter to WWF’s Hulk Hogan. Steve has the most pay-per-view appearances than any other wrestler in WCW. Steve ended up in TNA, where he continued his legacy for another 11 years. He won the TNA World Heavyweight Championship four times, making him the only wrestler to have won NWA, WCW, and TNA World titles in a single career.

Sting finally arrived on the WWE scene in 2014, making his first appearance in Survivor Series PPV and playing his debut match at WrestleMania 31. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2016 and became only the second performer after Ric Flair in the Hall of Fame while still an active player.

Sting came out of retirement and signed with AEW and played his first match in over 5 years at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view with Darby Allin in a tag team match they won.
