How to watch NASCAR Cup Series at Indianapolis (8/15/2021): Verizon 200 lineup, FREE live ...

The NASCAR Cup Series heads to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the Verizon 200 at The Brickyard on Sunday, August 15 (8/15/2021) at 1:00 p.m. ET.

The 82-lap race will air on NBC, which can be streamed live on fuboTV,Hulu + Live TV, and other live TV streaming services.

The weekend represents a new chapter in NASCAR History, as the Cup Series tackles the road course at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, a.k.a. “The Brickyard,” for the first time. The 14-turn, 2.439-mile track will afford one driver the chance to become the first ever NASCAR Cup Series winner on the Brickyard combined road course.

But not every NASCAR driver is happy with the loss of the Brickyard 400, which has been run on the big oval since 1994.

“We lost a crown jewel,” Denny Hamlin, currently No. 2 in the Cup Series, told Autoweek. “People hated the racing, but I don’t know, are they really going to get more people out to the road course than what they did for the Brickyard 400? I’m not sure. I don’t love it; I don’t love the move.”
