Sir Leonard Blavatnik has been named the UK's richest person after his wealth increased by £7.2 billion to £23bn this year, according to The Sunday Times Rich List.

The 63-year-old businessman and investor, who was born in Ukraine, is the founder of multinational industrial group Access Industries, which has stakes in companies including Warner Music Group, DAZN, Deezer and Zalando.
