Braun Strowman Shoots On "Fake News" About WWE Wrestlers Contacting AEW

Sunday brought claims that "multiple" WWE wrestlers had reached out to AEW to discuss a potential future with America's second promotion in some shape or form, with the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer citing Roman Reigns as one of the exceptions, highlighting 'The Big Dog's' loyalty to his current home.

Braun Strowman has since responded to the report on his Instagram story, and oh boy... it's a belter.

Strowman has since deleted this from Instagram, which is probably for the best: has there ever been an insult lamer than "Dork Marksler"?

The answer you are looking for is "no."

It should be pointed out, also, that the story cited by Strowman is an exaggeration, as at no point was it suggested that every single wrestler in the company had contacted AEW.

Whatever the case, the Universal Champion is a loyal company man. He is set to put his belt on the line against 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam 2020 this weekend, having felled his former ally at Money in the Bank in May, then falling to him in their wacky Swamp Fight at The Horror Show at Extreme Rules.
